摘要
为提高公路桥梁的服役寿命和安全稳定性,试验以环氧树脂为主要材料,添加适量硅灰,制备一种修复加固材料,并研究该材料对混凝土裂缝的修复效果。结果表明,随着修复加固材料中硅灰添加量的增加,混凝土试件在经过复合盐腐蚀溶液150次干湿循环后的质量损失率增大,同时,材料动弹模量、抗压强度以及劈裂抗拉强度均提高。最佳硅灰添加量为80%,此时,修复完成的混凝土试件力学性能更好,抵抗复合盐腐蚀溶液侵蚀的能力更强。在最佳硅灰添加量条件下,该修复加固材料能使修复试件的动弹模量和抗压强度均达到完整试件的90%以上,修复后的混凝土试件可以满足力学性能要求。
In order to improve the service life and safety stability of highway bridges,epoxy resin was used as the main material,an appropriate amount of silica fume was added to prepare a repair and reinforcement material,and the repair effect of the material on concrete cracks was studied.The results showed that with the increase of silica fume addition in the repair and reinforcement materials,the mass loss rate of the concrete specimens increased after 150 dry-wet cycles of the composite salt corrosion solution,and the dynamic elastic modulus,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the materials increased.The optimal amount of silica fume added was 80%.At this time,the repaired concrete specimens had better mechanical properties and stronger resistance to corrosion from composite salt solutions.Under the optimal amount of silica fume added,the repair reinforcement material could achieve a dynamic modulus and compressive strength of over 90%of the complete specimen,and the repaired con⁃crete specimen could meet the mechanical performance requirements.
