摘要
目的观察苇管灸联合针刺耳周四穴治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选取神经性耳鸣患者64例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组予苇管灸联合针刺耳周四穴治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后耳鸣评价量表(tinnitus evaluation questionnaire,TEQ)和耳鸣残疾评估量表(tinnitus handicap inventory,THI)的评分变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组TEQ和THI评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.6%,高于对照组的78.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苇管灸联合针刺耳周四穴治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效优于普通针刺,可有效改善耳鸣,降低耳鸣造成的生活困扰。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear in treating neurological tinnitus.Method Sixty-four patients with neurological tinnitus were allocated to an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear,while the control group received ordinary acupuncture treatment.Before and after the treatment,the tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)and tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)scores were observed in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Result After the treatment,both groups showed notable improvements in the TEQ and THI scores(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group in comparing these scores(P<0.05).The observation group achieved a total effective rate of 90.6%,higher than 78.1%in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear is superior to ordinary acupuncture in comparing the clinical efficacy in treating neurological tinnitus.This method can effectively improve tinnitus and reduce its subsequent harassment.
