摘要
目的对比膝关节单髁置换术(UKA)、全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗单侧膝骨关节炎(OA)的效果。方法96例单侧OA患者按术式不同分为UKA组和TKA组,比较两组的三维步态、运动学参数、疼痛程度、膝关节功能。结果术后,U-KA组的步速、步频、步长、患单腿支撑时间、膝关节活动度、KSS评分均高于TKA组,步态周期短于TKA组,VAS评分低于TKA组(P<0.05)。结论UKA可改善单侧OA患者的三维步态,提升膝关节活动度,降低疼痛程度,提高膝关节功能。
Objective To compare the effects of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)and total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in the treatment of unilateral knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods 96 patients with unilateral OA were divided into UKA group and TKA group according to different surgical methods.The three-dimensional gait,kinematic parameters,pain degree and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the walking speed,step frequency,step length,affected single leg support time,knee joint mobility and KSS score of UKA group were higher than those of TKA group,the gait cycle was shorter than that of TKA group,and the VAS score was lower than that of TKA group(P<0.05).Conclusions UKA can improve the three-dimensional gait and kinematic parameters of patients with unilateral OA,reduce the pain degree,and improve knee joint function.
