乳化沥青对冷再生混合料性能的影响

摘要 选取某实体工程中采用的5种乳化沥青,通过常规力学性能试验、低温小梁弯曲试验与Overlay Tester试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验,分析不同乳化沥青对冷再生混合料力学性能、路用性能与耐久性能的影响。结果表明:乳化沥青与RAP存在配伍性,选择配伍性好的乳化沥青,能显著提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能,改善抗反射裂缝性能、低温抗裂性能与抗疲劳耐久性能。根据试验分析,在某实体工程全线推广采用R1乳化沥青,取得了良好的效果。 Five kinds of emulsified asphalt used in a solid project were selected,and the effects of different emulsified asphalt on the mechanical properties,road performance and durability of cold recycled mixture were analyzed through conventional mechanical properties test,low temperature trabecular bending test,Overlay Tester test and indirect tensile fatigue test.The results show that there is compatibility between emulsified asphalt and RAP.The selection of emulsified asphalt with good compatibility can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt,and improve the anti-reflective crack properties,low-temperature crack resistance and anti-fatigue durability.According to the test analysis,the emulsified asphalt Rl was popularized in the whole line of a solid project,and good results were obtained.
