预制梁场智能化应急系统研究

摘要 在现代桥梁建设与维护中,预制梁场扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,传统的预制梁场应急指挥调度系统存在信息获取不及时、不准确的问题,制约了对突发事件的有效响应。为解决这一问题,文章提出并整合了基于RFID技术的搬梁机监测系统与预制梁场智能应急调度系统。基于RFID技术的搬梁机监测系统实时监测搬梁机内部温度,并提供详尽的影像信息,为设备维护提供科学依据。预制梁场智能应急调度系统利用数字地图实现了快速获取关键信息和生成最优救援方案,同时远程操作与信息查看功能保障了整体运行安全。实施效果显示,这些系统的应用提高了梁场运维管理智能化水平,显著优化了整体安全性和应急响应效率。这一全面的梁场智能化管理方案为现代桥梁建设的可持续发展和工程的成功推进提供了重要保障。 Prefabricated beam yards play a crucial role in modern bridge construction and maintenance.However,the traditional emergency command and dispatch system for prefabricated beam yards has the problem of untimely and inaccurate information acquisition,which hinders effective response to emergencies.To address this issue,the article proposes and integrates a beam moving machine monitoring system based on RFID technology with an intelligent emergency dispatch system for prefabricated beam yards.The monitoring system for the beam moving machine based on RFID technology monitors the internal temperature of the machine in real time and provides detailed image information,providing scientific basis for equipment maintenance.The intelligent emergency dispatch system for prefabricated beam yards utilizes digital maps to quickly obtain key information and generate optimal rescue plans,while remote operation and information viewing functions ensure overall operational safety.The implementation effect shows that the application of these systems has improved the intelligence level of beam field operation and maintenance management,significantly optimizing overall safety and emergency response efficiency.This comprehensive intelligent management scheme for beam fields provides important guarantees for the sustainable development of modern bridge construction and the successful promotion of engineering.
