摘要
目的研究尿常规检验在小儿急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的70例疑似急性阑尾炎患儿为研究对象,均实施尿常规指标检验。以临床确诊结果为金标准,比较不同阑尾炎类型尿常规检验结果,分析尿常规检验对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断效能。结果临床确诊结果显示70例疑似患儿中60例为急性阑尾炎。尿常规检验诊断灵敏度为91.67%,特异度为80.00%,准确度为90.00%。坏疽性阑尾炎的白细胞计数、红细胞计数、尿蛋白高于化脓性与单纯性,化脓性阑尾炎的各指标高于单纯性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿常规检验诊断小儿急性阑尾炎具有较高的效能,坏疽性阑尾炎的尿常规指标最高,其次为化脓性和单纯性,适合作为首选筛查诊断方法。
Objective To study the application value of urine routine test in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods A total of 70 children s uspected with acute appendicitis admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child H ealth Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Taking the clinical diagnosis result as the gold standard,the results of different types of appendicitis urine routine test were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of urine routine test in acute appendicitis in children was analyzed.Results The clinical diagnosis result showed that there were 60 acute appendicitis in the 70 suspected cases.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of urine routine test were 91.67%,80.00%,and 90.00%,respectively.The white blood cell count,red blood cell count,and urinary protein of gangrenous appendicitis were higher than those of suppurative and simple appendicitis,and the indexes of suppurative appendicitis were higher than those of simple appendicitis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine routine test has high efficiency in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Gangrenous appendicitis has the highest urine routine index,followed by suppurative and simple,which is suitable as the first choice for screening and diagnosis.
