龙泉青瓷白胎、朱砂胎、哥窑胎和铁胎四种胎体含铁量不同,导致胎体的烧结过程和结果各不相同。因四种胎体均含有氧化铁,低共熔氧化物是相同的,则低共熔点温度是相同的,因此开始烧结的温度是一致的;而在烧结过程中,由于各胎体的含铁量不同,导致烧结速度和烧结程度各不相同,在K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元相图上显示为低共熔点液相增长的速度和生成的液相量不同,在烧成收缩率-温度曲线图上表现为收缩速度和收缩率不同,铁胎的含铁量最高,液相增长的速度最快,液相生成量最多,烧结速度最快,完全烧结温度最低,烧结时收缩率最大;哥窑胎次之;朱砂胎再次;白胎的含铁量最低,液相增长的速度最慢,液相生成量最少,烧结速度最慢,完全烧结温度最高,烧结时收缩率最小。
The iron content of the four carcasses of Longquan celadon white tire,cinnabar tire,Geyao tire and iron tire is different,resulting in different sintering processes and results of the carcass.Since the four carcasses contain iron oxide,the low eutectic oxide is the same,the low melting point temperature is the same,so the temperature at which the sintering begins is the same;In the sintering process,due to the different iron content of each carcass,the sintering speed and sintering degree of each carcass are different,which are shown on the K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 ternary phase diagram as the growth rate of the liquid phase at low accommodation point and the amount of liquid phase generated,and the shrinkage rate and shrinkage rate are different on the sintering shrinkage-temperature curve,the iron content of the iron tire is the highest,the liquid phase growth rate is the fastest,the liquid phase generation is the largest,the sintering speed is the fastest,the complete sintering temperature is the lowest,and the shrinkage rate is the largest during sintering.Brother kiln tire is second;Cinnabar tires again;The white tire has the lowest iron content,the slowest growth rate of liquid phase,the least amount of liquid phase generation,the slowest sintering speed,the highest complete sintering temperature,and the smallest shrinkage during sintering.
