一种复杂工业设备故障定位系统研究

摘要 大型工业设备结构复杂,组件数量多,故障耦合程度高,故障类型多变,给设备故障定位带来了极大的困难。为提升某电子设备的故障定位效率并确保其准确性,文章设计了一种基于扩展故障树与专家知识的人机交互式故障定位系统。该系统具备开放式的知识库,能够基于知识库及人工交互的方式实现故障的快速解耦,确保故障定位精准、高效,有效降低故障排除难度,减少对操作人员专业技术水平的依赖。 The complex structure,large number of components,high degree of fault coupling,and diverse types of faults in large industrial equipment pose great difficulties for equipment fault localization.To improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault location for a certain electronic device,this article designs a human-machine interactive fault location system based on extended fault tree and expert knowledge.The system has an open knowledge base that can achieve rapid decoupling of faults through knowledge base and manual interaction,ensuring accurate and efficient fault location,effectively reducing the difficulty of fault elimination,and reducing dependence on the professional technical level of operators.
