摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,医院健康体检中心数字化发展经历了从早期的体检信息管理系统到Web 2.0时代的注重与体检者的交互及提升满意度,再到近年来与人工智能、智能设备等的深度融合。数字化提高了体检工作的服务效率与患者满意度,实现了体检者个性化健康管理,可以实现基于数据进行决策和跨学科协作。但同样面临技术与设施的限制、数据安全、技术接受度、法律法规、资源分配等方面挑战,需要医院体检中心在未来采用更广泛的数字化集成、合理利用人工智能和机器学习、强化患者参与和自我管理、并重视数据安全和隐私保护。
With the rapid development of information technology,the digital development of hospital health examination centers has gone through the early stages of examination information management systems,the emphasis on interaction with examiners and improving satisfaction in the Web 2.0 era,and deep integration with artificial intelligence,intelligent devices,etc.in recent years.Digitization has improved the service efficiency and patient satisfaction of medical examinations,achieved personalized health management for examiners,and enabled data-driven decision-making and interdisciplinary collaboration.However,facing challenges such as technological and facility limitations,data security,technological acceptance,laws and regulations,and resource allocation,hospital medical examination centers need to adopt a wider range of digital integration,make reasonable use of artificial intelligence and machine learning,strengthen patient participation and self-management,and attach importance to data security and privacy protection in the future.
