摘要
建立UPLC法测定香苏正胃丸中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、迷迭香酸、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚6个成分的含量。以SHIMADZU Shim-pack GISI C_(18)为色谱柱,规格100 mm×2.1 mm,粒径2μm,以乙腈为流动相A,0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相B,以线性方式调节流动相比例进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长294 nm。该系统能使柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、迷迭香酸、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚在各自的测定范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999,平均加样回收率在97.61%~99.82%,RSD在1.13%~2.56%。所建立的测定方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性较好,可用于香苏正胃丸的质量控制。
A UPLC method was estublished for the determination of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,rosmarinic acid,and magnolol in Xiangsu Zhengwei Pills.Using SHIMADZU Shim pack GISI C_(18) as the chromatographic column,with a specification of 100 mm×2.1 mm and a particle size of 2 μm,acetonitrile as the mobile phase A and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase B,gradient elution was performed by linearly adjusting the mobile phase ratio,with a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min,gradient elution,column temperature of 30 ℃,and detection wavelength of 294 nm.Results showed that naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,rosmarinic acid and magnolol were present in various,the linear relationship within the measurement range was good,and the correlation coefficients(r) were all greater than 0.999.The average sample recovery rate was 97.61%~99.82%,and RSD was 1.13%~2.56%.The established determination method is simple,accurate,sensitive,has good repeatability,can be used for quality control of Xiangsu Zhengwei Pills.
