阴离子表面活性剂测定方法优化与改进

Optimization and Improvement of Determination Method for Anionic Surfactants

摘要 针对GB 7494-1987标准方法操作繁琐、使用大量有机溶剂的缺点,本研究根据该标准方法原理,对操作程序进行优化改进。优化后的方法采用一次性加入10 mL氯仿且只萃取一次的简易实验过程,大幅减少了有机溶剂用量和人员工作量,且优化后的方法线性关系良好,具有较高的精密度和较低的误差,实现了较准确的定量分析。与标准方法相比,优化后的方法,操作简单,分析速度快,准确度高且降低了化学风险,适用于环境监测。 Aiming at the disadvantages of cumbersome operation and large amount of organic solvent in GB 7494-1987 standard method,the operating procedures were optimized according to the principle of the standard method.The optimized method adopted a simple experimental process with one-time addition of 10 mL of chloroform and only one extraction.The amount of organic solvent and workload was greatly reduced.The optimized method had a good linear relationship,high precision and low error,realizing relatively accurate quantitative analysis.Compared with the standard method,the optimized method had simple operation,fast analysis speed,high accuracy and low chemical risk,which was suitable for environmental monitoring.
