摘要
目的:探讨健康宣教和连续护理对原发性高血压患者的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年9月县、乡两级医院收治的原发性高血压患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组及观察组各30例,分别给予常规护理和健康宣教联合连续护理,比较各患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的血压控制情况、护理满意度评分和健康知识知晓良好率均优于对照组。结论:给予原发性高血压患者健康宣教和连续护理能够有效改善患者血压,提升护理效果,具有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education and continuous nursing on patients with primary hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received combined health education and continuous nursing.The treatment effects of the patients were compared.Results:The blood pressure control,nursing satisfaction scores,and rates of good understanding of health knowledge in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences between the data were significant.Conclusion:Providing health education and continuous nursing to patients with primary hypertension can effectively improve blood pressure,enhance nursing effects,and have promotional value.
