新型城镇化对土地利用碳排放效率的影响机制研究——以黄土高原为例 被引量:2

Research on the Influencing Mechanism of New-type Urbanization on Land Use Carbon Emission Efficiency:Taking the Loess Plateau as an Example

摘要 研究目的:探究新型城镇化对土地利用碳排放效率的影响效果及作用机制,为统筹推进新型城镇化建设和土地高效低碳利用提供决策参考。研究方法:基于黄土高原2011—2021年40个地级市的面板数据,采用超效率EBM模型、固定和中介效应模型进行分析。研究结果:(1)新型城镇化能显著提升土地利用碳排放效率,这一结论得到了一系列稳健性检验的支撑;(2)新型城镇化能促进产业结构升级,提升技术创新水平,进而提升土地利用碳排放效率;(3)新型城镇化对土地利用碳排放效率的影响存在基于城市规模和资源禀赋的异质性,表现为该效应在大规模及资源型城市中发挥更为明显。研究结论:研究区应扎实推进以高效集约、绿色低碳为导向的新型城镇化,持续支持产业结构升级和技术创新,因地制宜制定政策,助力土地资源高效利用和低碳转型。 The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing mechanism of new-type urbanization on land use carbon emission efficiency,to provide decision-making references for the coordinated promotion of new-type urbanization and the efficient and low-carbon utilization of land.The research methods of the super-efficiency EBM model and fixed and mediated effects models were used based on the panel data of 40 prefecture-level cities in the Loess Plateau from 2011 to 2021.The results show that:1)new-type urbanization can significantly improve land use carbon emission efficiency,which is supported by a series of robustness tests.2)New-type urbanization can promote the upgrading of industrial structures,enhance the level of technological innovation,and thus improve land use carbon emission efficiency.3)There is heterogeneity in the impact of new-type urbanization on land use carbon emission efficiency based on city size and resource endowment,which is manifested by the fact that the effect is more obvious in large-scale and resourcebased cities.In conclusion,the study area should solidly promote new-type urbanization oriented to high efficiency and intensification,green and low carbon,continuously support industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation,and formulate policies according to local conditions to achieve efficient land use and low carbon transformation.
