双污泥系统化学除磷工艺方法的技术要点及应用

摘要 某污水处理厂深度处理工段采用混凝絮凝池、辐流沉淀池和滤布滤池工艺流程。然而,该工艺流程混凝絮凝池絮凝效果较差,辐流沉淀池沉淀效果较差、出水易波动,滤布滤池易堵塞,导致深度处理工段运行成本高,处理能力不足。通过采用化学污泥+活性污泥+混凝剂/絮凝剂的有机组合,可极大改善深度处理工段混凝絮凝池的絮凝效果,改善辐流沉淀池的沉降性能,降低滤布滤池堵塞频率。显著降低混凝剂和絮凝剂药耗,显著提高深度处理工段处理能力,降低运行成本。 The advanced treatment section of a certain sewage treatment plant adopts the process of coagulation and flocculation tank+radial flow sedimentation tank+filter cloth filter tank.the flocculation effect of the coagulation and flocculation tank is poor,the sedimentation effect of the radial flow sedimentation tank is poor,the effluent is prone to fluctuation,and the filter cloth filter tank is prone to blockage;The deep processing section has high operating costs and insufficient processing capacity.the organic combination of chemical sludge+activated sludge+coagulant/flocculant can greatly improve the flocculation effect of the coagulation and flocculation tank in the deep treatment section,improve the settling performance of the radial sedimentation tank,reduce the frequency of clogging in the filter cloth filter,significantly reduce the consumption of coagulants and flocculants,significantly improve the processing capacity of the deep treatment section,and reduce operating costs.
