摘要
目的:分析强制性运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上开展强制性运动疗法。比较两组康复治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组神经功能评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组肢体功能、日常活动能力评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复总依从性高于对照组(P=0.022)。结论:强制性运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用效果显著,可改善患者肢体功能、神经功能、日常活动能力,提高其生活质量、康复依从性。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of compulsory exercise therapy in rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 70 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional rehabilitation treatment and the observation group implemented compulsory exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the neurological function scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of limb function and daily activity ability in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rehabilitation compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.022).Conclusion:The application of compulsory exercise therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia has a significant effect,and can improve the limb function,neurological function and daily activity ability of patients,and improve their quality of life and rehabilitation compliance.
