心理干预与健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨心理干预与健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月玉林市委市政府机关卫生所收治的高血压患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用心理干预与健康教育。比较两组血压水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量、高血压认知程度。结果:护理后,两组舒张压及收缩压低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组高血压认知程度评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预与健康教育可降低高血压患者的血压水平,缓解其负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量及高血压认识程度。 Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention and health education in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of sixty patients with hypertension treated in the Yulin Municipal Government Health Center from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological intervention and health education on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure level,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,quality of life and hypertension cognition were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the hypertension cognition score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention and health education can reduce the blood pressure of hypertension patients,relieve their negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and awareness of hypertension.
