摘要
针对煤矿井下机电设备的安全问题,提出了一种基于物联网技术的监测系统。该系统采用多层架构设计,通过部署在设备上的传感器节点采集设备的运行参数,利用无线通信技术组建网络以实现数据的可靠传输,并通过互联网将数据上传至监控中心进行实时监测和分析。系统充分利用了物联网技术的优势,可实时监测设备的工作状态。通过实验测试,该系统在可靠性、实时性和故障诊断方面的性能指标良好,能有效提高煤矿生产的安全性。
This paper proposes a monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology to address the safety issues of underground mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines.The system adopts a multi-layer architecture design,through the sensor nodes deployed on the device to collect the operating parameters of the device,wireless communication technology is used to build a network to achieve reliable data transmission,and the data is uploaded to the monitoring center through the Internet for real-time monitoring and analysis.The system fully utilizes the advantages of IoT technology and can achieve real-time monitoring of device working status.Through experimental testing,the system has shown good performance indicators in reliability,real-time performance,and fault diagnosis,which can effectively improve the safety of coal mine production.
