摘要
黑龙江省拥有极为丰富的冰雪旅游资源,是国内知名的冰雪胜地,哈尔滨多年蝉联冬季十大热门旅游城市[1]。2025年第九届亚冬会成功申办将成为黑龙江省冰雪经济发展的重要引擎。习近平总书记在主持召开的新时期东北地区全面振兴座谈会上指出:要加快冰雪产业发展,包括冰雪运动、装备、文化、旅游等领域在内的全产业链发展,把冰雪经济发展作为新的增长点来抓[2]。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析近年来黑龙江冰雪经济发展中存在的若干问题:冰雪产业发展不够完善、均衡,缺乏专项资金支持,旅游业服务成效不高,相关基础设施配套不完善,冰雪优势面临冲击,未能形成黑龙江省独特的冰雪品牌等。通过打造黑龙江省独特冰雪品牌、强化基础设施资金配置、加大旅游业服务管理力度等方法,推进黑龙江省冰雪经济更好发展。
Heilongjiang province has extremely rich snow and ice tourism resources,is a well-known domestic snow and ice resorts,Harbin for many years in the top ten popular tourist cities in winter[1].The successful bidding for the Ninth Asian Winter Games in 2025 wll become an important engine for the development of the snow and ice economy in Heilongjiang province.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the symposium on comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast region in the new period that it is necessary to accelerate the development of the ice and snow industry,including the development of the whole industry chain in the fields of ice and snow sports,equipment,culture,tourism,etc.,and the development of the ice and snow economy as a new growth point[2].Using the literature method and logical analysis method to analyze a number of problems in the development of Heilongjiang's ice and snow economy in recent years:the development of the ice and snow industry is not perfect and balanced enough,the lack of special financial support,the ineffectiveness of the tourism industry services,the imperfect supporting of the relevant infrastructures,the ice and snow advantages are facing an impact,and the failure to form the unique ice and snow brand of Heilongjiang Province,and so on.By creating a unique ice and snow brand in Heilongjiang Province,strengthening the infrastructure funding allocation,increasing the management of tourism services and other methods,to promote better development of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province.
