摘要
牙周病是一种细菌侵入牙周组织引起的口腔炎症疾病。基于组织工程学的引导组织再生(GTR)技术是目前牙周治疗中常被推荐使用的一种增加牙槽骨骨量的手段。该方法使用GTR膜作为物理屏障来阻止牙龈上皮细胞和结缔组织的迁移,为新骨生长提供空间。分析了目前用于GTR膜材料的基本要求,综述了GTR膜的分类及性能,包括不可吸收膜和生物可吸收膜,总结了GTR膜的改进策略,展望了GTR膜材料的未来发展趋势。
Periodontal disease is an oral inflammatory disease caused by bacterial invasion into periodontal tissues.Guided tissue regeneration(GTR)based on tissue engineering is a commonly recommended periodontal therapy method to increase alveolar bone mass.This method uses the GTR membrane as a physical barrier to prevent the migration of gingival epithelial cells and connective tissue,providing space for new bones to grow.The basic requirements of GTR membrane materials were analyzed.The classification and properties of GTR membranes were reviewed in detail,including non-absorbable membranes and bioabsorbable membranes.The improvement strategies of GTR membranes were summarized.Finally,the future development trends of GTR membranes were proposed.
