摘要
目的 探讨软组织肿瘤特殊MRI形态学表现及其临床意义。方法 选取43例经病理证实的软组织肿瘤MRI资料,分析肿块大小、信号均匀性、深筋膜完整性、肿瘤长轴两端是否具有特殊的征象与肿瘤良恶性的关系。结果良性肿瘤最大径(5.29±2.31)cm,恶性肿瘤最大径(8.78±3.53)cm,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良恶性肿瘤信号均匀性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶性肿瘤深筋膜破坏明显,而良性肿瘤无明显深筋膜破坏,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);恶性肿瘤长轴方向三角形特殊征象明显,良性肿瘤少见,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 肿块大小、深筋膜完整性、肿瘤长轴方向类似三角形特殊征象对软组织肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断有重要意义。
Objective To explore the MRI features of soft tissue tumorsand its clinical significance.Methods 43 cases with pathology proven soft tissuetumors were retrospectively reviewed.Then,we analyzed the relationship between tumor size,sig-nal uniformity,deep fascia integrity,the special sign in the long axis direction and tumor malignancy.Results The maximum di-ameterof benign tumors was(5.29±2.31)cm and that of malignant tumor was(8.78±3.53)cm.There was significant statistical difference(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in signal uniformity(P>0.05);The destruction of the deep fascia of the malignant tumor was obvious,but the benign tumor was not clear(P<0.01);The triangular special sign of the long axis direction was obvious in the malignant tumor,but rare in the benign tumors(P<0.01).Conclusion The special MRI signs,such as tumor size,deep fascia integrity,the special sign in the long axis direction,are important for the differential diagnosis of soft tissue tumors.
