椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠的合成工艺研究

摘要 采用椰子油酸和羟乙基磺酸钠为原料合成椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠(SCI),对比了催化剂和不加催化剂条件下的反应活性。实验表明,加入催化剂反应速率提高不明显,故在无催化剂条件下,通过单因素优化确定反应的最佳工艺条件,在氮气保护条件下,反应温度240℃,反应时间5 h,n椰子油酸∶n羟乙基磺酸钠=1.2∶1,羟乙基磺酸钠转化率高达94.7%,产物中活性物含量大于84%,产物无需纯化,产品为乳白色固体。 Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate(SCI)was synthesized using coconut oleic acid and sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate as raw materials.By comparing the reaction activity with catalyst and without catalyst,the experiment showed that the addition of catalyst did not significantly improve the reaction rate.Therefore,under the condition of no catalyst,the optimal process conditions for the reaction were determined through single factor optimization.Under nitrogen protection,the optimum reaction temperature is 240℃,the reaction time is 5h,and the ratio of coconut oil acid to sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate is 1.2:1.The conversion rate of sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate is as high as 94.7%,and the active substance content in the product is greater than 84%.The product does not need purification and is a milky white solid.
