顺槽回液管路窜动及异响问题探究分析

摘要 为缓解由于工作面大流量供液系统电缆槽及顺槽中回液管路出现的窜动及异响现象而威胁工作面安全及正常推进的问题,在工作面支架及其两端的端头架上增设压力监测设备,通过对监测数据分析得到回液管路窜动及异响现象的直接原因是多架支架同时推溜瞬间造成回液管路局部流量飙升导致回液压力加大,致使回液管路中局部瞬时压差达到4 MPa以上。通过增设回液断路阀、蓄能器、均压块及在工作面两端端头架上增设溢流阀等措施,达到稳定回液管路压力、降低回液管路压差效果,对缓解回液管路窜动及消除回液管路异响效果明显,为有该问题的工作面提供了解决方法。 In order to alleviate the problem of the safety and normal progress of the working face caused by the movement and abnormal noise of the return liquid pipeline from the cable trough and roadway in the high flow supply system of the working face,pressure monitoring equipment was installed on the support and the end support at both ends of the working face.Through analyzing the monitoring data,it is found that the direct cause of the movement and abnormal noise of the return liquid pipeline is the sudden surge of local flow in the return liquid pipeline caused by the simultaneous sliding of multiple supports,resulting in an increase in the return pressure and a local instantaneous pressure difference of over 4 MPa in the return liquid pipeline.By the measures of adding a return circuit breaker,accumulator,pressure equalization block and adding overflow valves on the end frames at both ends of the working face,achieves to stabilize the pressure of the return liquid pipeline and reduce the pressure difference of the return liquid pipeline.It has a significant effect on alleviating the movement of the return liquid pipeline and eliminating the abnormal noise of the return liquid pipeline,and provides a solution for working faces with this problem.
