摘要
为改善农村地区医疗环境,我国于2010年启动农村订单定向医学生免费培养计划。然而在实施过程中存在诸多问题,该文对农村订单定向医学生的培养现状及合约结束后的选择进行分析与思考,提出在培养模式、培养条件、专业认同度及其毕业后人才队伍稳定性等方面进行完善和优化,从而提高农村订单定向医学生培训质量,使其毕业后在基层医疗机构“下得去,用得上,留得住”,为广大群众提供优质、可靠的医疗服务,成为实现全民健康目标的中坚力量。
To improve the medical environment in rural areas,China initiated the Rural Contracted Medical Students Free Education Program in 2010.However,several issues have arisen during the implementation process.This article analyzes and reflects on the current situation of training rural contracted medical students and their choices after the contract ends.It proposes corresponding improvements and optimizations in the training mode,training conditions,professional identity,and stability of the talents after the graduation of rural contracted medical students.These improvements are aimed to ensure the quality of training for rural contracted medical students in schools and to retain them in primary medical institutions after graduation,providing high-quality and reliable medical services for the general public.They are expected to become the cornerstone in achieving the goal of universal health.
