摘要
为查明南召县神仙崖矿区露天开采矿山地质环境问题、矿区地质灾害现状和各类土地的损毁及复垦情况,制定相应的矿山地质环境保护与土地复垦措施。通过资料收集与野外调查,对矿山进行综合评估,确定保护与恢复治理的分区范围;从技术、经济、土地适宜性和水土资源平衡等方面提出修复与治理措施;采取设置警示牌、防护网、修建挡土墙、排水渠和复垦等工程措施;分阶段、有层次性地进行修复治理。项目的有效实施,消除了地质灾害隐患,避免了人员伤亡和财产损失;增加了复垦面积,提升了土地资源的综合利用率;降低了矿山开采对地质环境和土地资源的影响。为实施矿山地质环境保护、治理和土地复垦提供数据支持,为主管部门的监管提供依据,有利于区域经济的良性可持续发展。
In order to identify the geological environment issues,the current status of geological disasters,and the damage and reclamation of various types of land in the Shenxianya open-pit mining area in Nanzhao County,corresponding measures for mining geological environment protection and land reclamation have been formulated.Through data collection and field investigation,a comprehensive assessment of the mine is conducted to determine the scope of protection and restoration zones.Measures for restoration and land reclamation are proposed,taking into account technology,economic feasibility,land suitability,and the balance of water and soil resources.Engineering measures,including the installation of warning signs,protective fences,construction of retaining walls,and drainage ditches,are implemented alongside reclamation efforts.Restoration and governance are carried out in a phased and hierarchical manner.The effective implementation of the project eliminates the hidden dangers of geological disasters,avoids casualties and property losses,increases the reclamation area,and improves the comprehensive utilization rate of land resources.This approach helps to minimize the impact and damage to the geological environment and land resources caused by mining.It provides data support for the implementation of mine geological environment protection,management,and land reclamation and offers references for the competent department,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the mining area economy.
