基于时频域联合阈值判定的光伏电站直流故障电弧在线检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 直流故障电弧是引起光伏电站火灾、造成重大损失的主要原因之一。现已提出多种检测方法对直流故障电弧进行防控,但大部分方法需要通过人工电弧进行验证,缺乏现场实用性和可靠性;且光伏电站现场直流故障电弧的偶发性和检测装置的复杂性,导致真实直流故障电弧的检测验证难以实施。针对该问题,基于时频域联合阈值判定法,搭建了云边协同的光伏电站直流故障电弧在线检测系统,并在光伏电站现场对其检测效果进行了实验验证。验证结果表明:该直流故障电弧在线检测系统可有效检测真实直流故障电弧,但存在42.1%的误判率,现场检测的抗干扰性仍需进一步提高;同时,发现了光伏组件MC4端子在直流故障电弧影响下的失效过程,可为MC4端子直流故障电弧类火灾防控技术的研究提供参考。 DC fault arc is one of the main causes of fires in PV power stations,leading to significant losses.Multiple detection methods have been proposed to prevent and control DC fault arcs,but most of these methods require verification through artificial arcs,lacking practicality and reliability on-site.The sporadic occurrence of DC fault arcs in PV power stations and the complexity of detection devices make it difficult to implement the detection and verification of real DC fault arcs.In response to this issue,this paper proposes a cloud edge collaborative DC fault arcs online detecting system for PV power stations based on time-frequency domain joint threshold judgment method,and experimentally verifies its detection effect on the PV power station site.The verification results show that the DC fault arc online detecting system can effectively detect real DC fault arcs,but there is a 42.1%misjudgment rate,and the anti-interference ability of on-site detection still needs to be further improved.At the same time,the failure process of PV module MC4 terminals under the influence of DC fault arcs is discovered,which can provide reference for the research of DC fault arc fire prevention and control technology for MC4 terminals.
