深水系泊钢桩可打入性分析及工程实践

摘要 在海洋油气及海上风电工程中,在安装锚桩之前需进行可打入性分析,以选择合适的打桩锤,评估打桩过程中可能遇到的问题。对此,采用专业打桩分析软件GRLWEAP对南海某油田浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)项目的深水系泊锚桩安装进行模拟分析,评估打桩过程中桩身承载力、贯入度和锤击数等参数的变化,优选出合适的打桩锤,并与实际打桩现场数据相对比。结果表明:每根锚桩都能打到指定的贯入深度,未出现拒锤现象;可打入性模拟结果与实际打桩情况较为接近,对现场锚桩安装具有很好的指导作用。 In offshore oil gas and wind power projects,a drivability analysis is required before installing anchor piles to select a suitable pile driver and evaluate the potential issues in the pile driving process.In this regard,the GRLWEAP professional pile driving analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the installation of deep-water mooring anchor piles of an oil field Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)project in the South China Sea.The changes in pile bearing capacity,penetration and number of blows during the pile driving process were evaluated,and a suitable pile driving hammer was selected and compared with the actual pile driving site data.The results show that each anchor pile can be driven to the specified penetration depth without any refusal to hammer.The simulation results of drivability are relatively close to the actual pile driving situation,which could be a good guidance for the on-site anchor pile installation.
