摘要
某化工园区污水处理厂工程建设规模为1.5万m^(3)/d,要求出水水质的COD及氨氮从《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准提标至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)IV类水。经改造后,污水处理厂的处理工艺为“缓冲水池+调节池+初沉池+臭氧氧化+厌氧水解+A/O+A/O+二沉池+絮凝沉淀池+分配池+臭氧催化氧化+活性焦吸附+紫外线消毒”。废水经过预处理及生化改造,解决了有机物去除及脱氮难的问题,通过臭氧催化氧化和活性焦的深度处理,保证了COD的指标,使水质达到新的排放标准。
The construction scale of a wastewater treatment plant in a chemical industry park is 15,000 m3/d.The COD and ammonia nitrogen of the effluent water quality have been upgraded from the Class A standard of the “Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002) to the “Surface Water Environment Quality Standard”(GB3838-2002) Class IV water.After the upgrading,the treatment process of the wastewater treatment plant is “buffer pool + regulating pool + primary sedimentation tank + ozone oxidation + anaerobic hydrolysis + A/O + A/O + secondary sedimentation tank + flocculation sedimentation tank + distribution tank + ozone catalytic oxidation +Activated coke adsorption+UV disinfection”.The wastewater undergoes pretreatment and biochemical transformation to solve the problem of organic matter removal and denitrification.Furthermore,COD degradation is ensured through ozone catalytic oxidation and deep treatment of activated coke.And eventually the water quality reaches a new level of discharge standards.
