摘要
加强医院运营管理是推动医院高质量发展的内在要求,也是有效促进医院医疗、教学、科研一体化发展的有力举措。本文结合医院自身运营管理发展现状,分析了高质量发展下医院运营的特点,通过对目前医院运营管理的实践探索构建了以戴明环(Plan-Do-Check-Action,PDCA循环)为工具的运营管理工作机制,取得了初步成效,并从以高质量发展为契机加强医院运营管理、以预算管理为导向加强成本管理、以三级公立医院绩效考核为指引优化运营效率指标3个方面提出了提升医院运营管理的对策,促进医疗卫生事业高质量发展。
Strengthening hospital operation management is an inherent requirement to promote the high-quality de-velopment of hospitals,and it is also a powerful measure to effectively promote the integrated development of hospital medical treatment,teaching and scientific research.This paper analyzeD the characteristics of hospital operation un-der high quality development based on the current situation of hospital operation management.Through exploring the practice of hospital operation management at present,the operation management working mechanism based on plan-do-check-action(PDCA cycle)as a tool was constructed,and preliminary results were achieved.This paper proposed countermeasures to improve hospital operation management from three aspects:strengthening hospital operation man-agement with high-quality development as an opportunity,strengthening cost management guided by budget manage-ment,and optimizing operation efficiency indicators guided by performance assessment of third-level public hospitals,so as to promote high-quality development of medical and health undertakings.
