基于双碳战略的老旧小区供配电改造技术研究

Research on Power Supply and Distribution Renovation Technology for OldResidential Areas Based on Dual Carbon Strategy

摘要 文章针对老旧小区电力容量不足、设备老化、安全隐患突出等问题,提出了交流直流混合供电“柔性调节”改造方案。通过在老旧小区加装光伏和储能系统构建建筑微电网,应用“柔性调节”技术对电动汽车充电、电采暖等可调负荷进行优化管理,确保在不增加变压器容量的前提下满足日益增长的负荷需求。研究发现,该方案有效实现了建筑电力负荷增长而不需扩容,提高了供电质量和低碳效益,在削峰填谷、降低能耗和提升居民用电满意度方面取得了良好效果,对于城市老旧居住区的供配电系统改造具有重要指导意义和应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient power capacity,aging equipment and prominent security risks in old residential areas,this paper puts forward the"flexible regulation"transformation scheme of AC and DC hybrid power supply.By installing photovoltaic and energy storage systems in old residential areas to build a building microgrid,the"flexible regulation"technology is applied to optimize the management of adjustable loads such as electric vehicle charging and electric heating,so as to ensure that the increasing load demand is met without increasing the transformer capacity.The study found that the scheme effectively realized the growth of building power load without capacity expansion,improved the power supply quality and low-carbon benefits,achieved good results in peak shaving,reducing energy consumption and improving residentssatisfaction with electricity,and had important guiding significance and application value for the transformation of power supply and distribution system in old urban residential areas.
