摘要
作为盘活红色文化资源,传承红色基因的重要载体,高校融合组建红色文化育人联盟具有重要的时代价值。红色文化育人联盟的形成和出现,为高校汇聚资源合力,建立共建共享的现代教育体系提供了新范式。从联盟组建的逻辑根源出发,以同根同源、行业特色、共谋发展三种构建原则,分析高校融合组建红色文化育人联盟的契机及意义,并从融课程、融资源、融师资、融活动四个维度提出红色文化育人联盟的可持续发展方略,以期为更多高校融合组建育人联盟提供有益借鉴。
As an important carrier for revitalizing red cultural resources and passing on red genes,the integration of colleges and universities to form a red culture education alliance has an important value of the times.The formation and emergence of the red culture education alliance provides a new paradigm for colleges and universities to pool resources and establish a modern education system of common construction and sharing.Starting from the logical roots of the alliance,we analyze the opportunity and significance of the alliance for the integration of colleges and universities to form a red culture education alliance based on the three constructing principles of the same root and origin,industry characteristics,and common development,and put forward the sustainable development strategy of the alliance for the integration of the red culture education alliance in four dimensions of integrating courses,resources,teachers,and activities,with a view to provide a useful reference for the integration and formation of the alliance for more colleges and universities.
