辅助穿刺点在后腹腔镜肾下极肿瘤部分切除术中的应用

摘要 肾癌是起源于肾实质泌尿小管上皮的恶性肿瘤,约占成人恶性肿瘤的2%~3%[1],手术仍然是目前治疗肾癌的首选治疗方式,包括根治性肾切除术及肾部分切除术,对于早期局限性肾癌,肾部分切除术目前已成为治疗的“金标准”[2]。随着腔镜技术的不断发展与进步,目前腹腔镜肾部分切除术已逐步成为局限性肾癌的首选治疗手段,对于肾下极肿瘤切除后的缝合是后腹腔镜肾部分切除术中的难点,尤其对于初学者,下极腹侧肿瘤缝合显得困难且并发症发生率高。
