教育数字化转型中纽约大学在线课程的颠覆性创新框架、特征及启示 被引量:1

摘要 面对席卷而来的教育数字化浪潮,提供以在线课程为核心的高质量数字资源是应对该项挑战的重要举措。纽约大学采用颠覆性创新手段,建设在线课程并取得突破性进展。为了探明纽约大学在线课程的颠覆性创新特征,对23门课程大纲进行三级编码,生成24个次级类属和6个主类属。进而将之与福格行为模型三要素整合,建构纽约大学在线课程的颠覆性创新框架,呈现出专业化、全球化、便捷化态势。具体表现为:坚持包容性、人本化、民主化的教学理念;强调有优势、有方向、有保障的教学质量;设计多主体、高时效、协作式的教学交互;实施个性化、灵活性、精准性的教学实践;提供资源丰富、操作便捷、快速响应的教学服务;确立重视规范、讲究态度、追求实效的教学要求。借鉴纽约大学的经验,未来我国在线课程建设还需革新观念、拥抱技术、优化产品,为教育数字化转型提速增效。 In the face of the sweeping wave of digitalization in education,providing high-quality digital resources with online courses as the core is an important measure to address this challenge.NYU has made breakthroughs by using disruptive innovation to build online courses.In order to investigate the disruptive and innovative characteristics of NYU's online courses,23 course syllabuses were subjected to coding at three levels,resulting in the generation of 24 sub-genera and six major genera.Subsequently,the three elements of the Fogg behavioral model are integrated to construct a disruptive innovation framework for NYU online courses,which demonstrates a trend of specialization,globalization and convenience.The specific performance can be summarized as follows:adhere to the teaching concept of inclusiveness,humanism and democratization,emphasize the teaching quality with advantages,direction and guarantee,design multisubject,high-efficiency and collaborative teaching interaction,implement personalized,flexible and accurate teaching practice,provide teaching services with abundant resources,convenient operation and rapid response,and establish the teaching requirements of attaching importance to norms,paying attention to attitude and pursuing practical results.Drawing on the experience of New York University,the construction of online courses in China needs to innovate concepts,embrace technology,and optimize products in the future to speed up and increase the efficiency of the digital transformation of education.
