摘要
装配式建筑具有施工速度快、质量可靠、节约人工、节能环保、抗震性能好等优点,可以有效解决苏北农房改造过程中所面临的青壮年劳动力不足、施工效率低下、监管不到位、施工质量无保障、资源浪费、防震减灾意识不强等问题。本文对苏北农村住房现状、装配式混凝土建筑在苏北农房改造工程中的应用优势与困境展开分析,并基于装配式混凝土建筑技术要点的分析,从设计、管理、运维等多个角度对装配式混凝土建筑在苏北农房改造工程中的发展方向展开进一步分析。
Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed,reliable quality,labor saving,energy conservation and environmental protection,and good seismic performance.These advantages can effectively solve the problems of young and middle-aged labor shortage,low construction efficiency,inadequate supervision,non-guaranteed construction quality,resource waste,as well as weak awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the process of rural housing renovation in northern Jiangsu.This paper introduces the current situation of rural housing in northern Jiangsu,analyzes both advantages and difficulties of using prefabricated concrete buildings in rural housing renovation at northern Jiangsu,and explores the key points of prefabricated concrete building technologies.The development direction of prefabricated concrete buildings in rural housing renovation in northern Jiangsu is further analyzed from multiple perspectives such as design,management,and operation.
