儿童腓总神经内囊肿1例

Intraneural cyst of common peroneal nerve in children:one case report

摘要 患儿女,6岁,因“发现右小腿上段疼痛1周”就诊于嘉兴学院附属妇儿医院小儿外科,既往体健。患儿于入院前1周无明显诱因,突然出现右小腿上部疼痛,持续性胀痛,活动时疼痛明显,其余部位无不适,无发热,无局部麻木感,右小腿及足活动正常,遂至门诊就诊后收治入院。入院后行右侧膝关节X线检查未发现明显异常,行B型超声检查,提示右侧小腿肌层内囊性病灶。再行MRI检查后提示囊性病灶沿右侧腓总神经走行,考虑右侧腓总神经内囊肿可能。
