摘要
目的探讨达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月福建省三明市将乐县总医院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(60例,单用二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(60例,达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗)。对比治疗后两组的血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、胰岛素指标(胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数)、体重指数以及治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者血糖指标、胰岛素指标及体重指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达格列净与二甲双胍的联合治疗方案在2型糖尿病患者中展现出卓越的疗效,不仅可有效控制患者的血糖水平,还可改善患者的胰岛素指标和体重指数。
Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 dia⁃betes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Jiangle County General Hospi⁃tal of Sanming in Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and di⁃vided into control group(60 cases,treated with metformin alone)and observation group(60 cases,treated with dapa⁃gliflozin combined with metformin)according to different treatment methods.The blood glucose indexes(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),insulin indexes(homeostatic model assess⁃ment of insulin resistance,homeostatic model assessment of isletβ-cell function),body mass index and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The blood glucose index,insulin index and body mass index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dapa⁃gliflozin and metformin has shown excellent efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Which not only effectively control the patient's blood glucose level,but also significantly improve the insulin index and body mass index.
