摘要
妊娠合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜在临床上罕见。1例以“停经32+4周,发热6 d,血小板减少2 d”就诊于我院急诊的患者,诊断为妊娠合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜,未行血浆置换,最终抢救成功。本文对该患者的临床资料进行分析并复习相关文献,加强对妊娠期血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的认识。
Pregnancy with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is rare in clinic.A patient visited Xi’an Cen-tral Hospital in emergency with the chief complaint of"32+4 weeks of menopause,6 days of fever,and 2 days of throm-bocytopenia".She was diagnosed as pregnancy complicated with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and finally res-cued successfully,without plasmapheresis.In this paper,the clinical data of the patient were analyzed and the relevant lit-erature was reviewed to strengthen the understanding of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura during pregnancy.
