摘要
国际化作为职业教育体系构建的核心要素,其核心在于培养具备国际化技能的技术人才,这也是推动职业教育国际化发展的关键环节。随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,职业教育国际化已成为我国职业院校实现现代化转型与升级的重要契机。同时,国际化人才的培育更是确保“一带一路”倡议顺利实施的基石。因此,职业院校应深入剖析国际化职业教育人才培育的必要性与面临的挑战,积极探索优化培养环境、完善培养内容、加强师资建设等策略,以期构建更为高效的国际化人才培养模式。
As a core element of the construction of vocational education system,the core of internationalization lies in cultivating technical talents with international skills,which is also a key link to promote the development of the internationalization of vocational education.With the continuous promotion of the the“Belt and Road”initiative,the internationalization of vocational education has become an important opportunity for China’s vocational colleges to achieve modernization,transformation and upgrading.At the same time,the cultivation of international talents is the cornerstone to ensure the smooth implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative.Therefore,vocational colleges should deeply analyze the necessity and challenges faced by the cultivation of international vocational education talents,and actively explore strategies such as optimizing the training environment,improving the training content,and strengthening the construction of teachers,in order to build a more efficient training model of international talents.
