摘要
目的研究慢性心力衰竭老年患者实施饮食护理干预的效果。方法随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月聊城市中医医院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭老年患者为研究对象。根据不同护理干预分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施饮食护理干预。比较两组患者饮食依从性、生活质量、满意度。结果观察组饮食总依从性为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组的73.33%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.865,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将饮食护理干预应用在慢性心力衰竭老年患者的护理中可提高其饮食依从性,使其生活质量得到明显改善,对护理服务更加满意。
Objective To study the effect of dietary nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing intervention,and 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given diet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The diet compliance,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total dietary compliance of the observation group[91.11%(41/45)]was higher than that of the control group[73.33%(33/45)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.865,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of each dimension of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying dietary nursing intervention to the care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can improve their dietary compliance,significantly improve their quality of life,and make them more satisfied with nursing services.
