摘要
目的探究在盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗的基础上加用恩格列净对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、体重以及血压的改善效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月龙岩市第二医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用单独盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用恩格列净治疗。对比两组血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、体重指数、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组收缩压与舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采取盐酸二甲双胍治疗能够起到显著作用,加用恩格列净后治疗效果有效增强,血糖、血脂、体重控制效果明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of empagliflozin on the improvement of blood glucose,blood lipids,body weight and blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second Hospi-tal of Longyan from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metfor-min hydrochloride sustained-release tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with empagliflozin on the ba-sis of the control group.The blood glucose(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated he-moglobin A1c),blood lipid(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol),body mass index,blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,body mass index,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high density lipo-protein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of metformin hydrochloride in diabetic patients can play a significant role,and the treatment effect of empagliflozin is effectively enhanced,and the quality control effect of blood glucose,blood lipids and body quality is obvious.
