摘要
目的分析精细化护理干预对2型糖尿病老年患者预后的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月泰安八十八医院老年医学科收治的100例2型糖尿病老年患者为研究对象,按不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(50例)采用常规护理,观察组(50例)采用精细化护理策略,比较两组健康行为(运动锻炼、遵医用药、血糖监测及饮食控制)、自我效能(自我概念、自护技能、责任感与健康知识水平)、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)。结果护理后,观察组自我效能评分、健康行为评分、血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病老年患者应用精细化护理的效果显著,能够提高期自我管理能力,调节血糖指标水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of refined nursing intervention on the prognosis of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the depart⁃ment of Geriatrics,Tai'an 88 Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Accord⁃ing to different nursing methods,50 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with refined nursing strategy.The health behavior(exercise,medication compli⁃ance,blood glucose monitoring and diet control),self-efficacy(self-concept,self-care skills,sense of responsibility and health knowledge level),blood glucose index(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,gly⁃cated hemoglobin A1c)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy score,health behavior score and blood glucose index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in elderly pa⁃tients with type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,which can improve their self-management ability and regulate the level of blood glucose indicators.
