摘要
目的分析阶梯式康复训练联合反复促通技术(RFE)对脑中风后偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法共纳入南昌大学第二附属医院收治的100例中风后偏瘫患者,时间为2022年9月至2024年1月,以随机数字表分为对照组、研究组,各50例;在常规康复措施基础上,对照组予以阶梯式康复训练,研究组予以阶梯式康复训练联合RFE干预,21 d为1个疗程,干预21 d;于干预前后,比较两组上肢肢体功能[简式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)中上肢部分]、日常生活能力[改良巴氏指数(MBI)]、生活质量[脑卒中影响量表(SIS)]。结果干预后,两组FMA中上肢部分评分提高,且研究组(45.65±4.71)分高于对照组(35.91±5.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组MBI评分、SIS评分均提高,且研究组(72.48±6.37)分、(77.69±6.49)分高于对照组(67.64±6.51)分、(69.68±5.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式康复训练联合RFE应用于脑中风后偏瘫患者,可提高上肢肢体功能,改善日常生活能力,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effects of stepwise rehabilitation training combined with repetitive facilitative exercise(RFE)on limb function and daily living ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2022 to January 2024 were included.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table,with 50 cases each.On the basis of conventional rehabilitation measures,the control group was given stepwise rehabilitation training,the study group was given stepwise rehabilitation training combined with RFE intervention,21 days as a course of treatment,intervention for 21 days;Before and after the intervention,the upper limb function(upper limb part of the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment[FMA]),daily living ability(modified Barthel index[MBI])and quality of life(stroke impact scale[SIS])of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the upper limb FMA score of the two groups was increased,and the study group(45.65±4.71)points was higher than the control group(35.91±5.06)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,MBI score and SIS score of both groups were improved,and the study group(72.48±6.37)points and(77.69±6.49)points were higher than the control group(67.64±6.51)points and(69.68±5.78)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stepwise rehabilitation training combined with RFE in patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve the function of upper limbs,improve the ability of daily living and improve the quality of life.
