摘要
目的探讨微创下置管抽吸液化引流术与小骨窗开颅血肿清除术在脑出血中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年7月—2023年7月济阳区人民医院收治的80例脑出血患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组行微创下置管抽吸液化引流术治疗。比较两组血肿清除率、神经功能、预后情况及并发症。结果观察组血肿清除率高于对照组,术后神经功能缺损评分为(10.26±1.27)分,低于对照组的(11.87±1.34)分,格拉斯哥预后量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.385、5.515、7.552,P均<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创下置管抽吸液化引流术治疗脑出血效果更佳,可提高血肿清除率,减轻神经功能障碍,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the application of minimally invasive tube aspiration and liquefaction drainage and small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive lower suction and liquefaction drainage.Hematoma clearance,nerve function,prognosis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hematoma clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale was(10.26±1.27)points,which was lower than(11.87±1.34)points of the control group,and the score of Glasgow Outcome Scale was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.385,5.515,7.552,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive lower suction and liquefaction drainage is more effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can improve the clearance rate of hematoma and alleviate neurological dysfunction,and has good safety.
