摘要
通过研究2型糖尿病发病机制及中医药干预方面的文献,为2型糖尿病的临床治疗提供参考和依据。选取近5年2型糖尿病的中西医临床研究方面的文献,从中医与西医两个角度进行总结。西医方面主要从流行病学、发病机制、治疗现状进行阐述,中医方面主要从病因病机、治疗现状为着手点,从针灸、推拿、中药等方面进行阐述。通过对这些方面的文献进行整理总结,证实上述治疗方法均具有显著临床疗效。传统疗法治疗2型糖尿病疗效肯定,且方法简便、安全、无不良反应、治疗费用较低,易于患者接受。
This paper studies the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention to provide reference and basis for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.This paper selects the literature on the clinical research of TCM and Western medicine of type 2 diabetes mellitus in recent 5 years,and summarizes it from the perspectives of TCM and Western medicine.Western medicine mainly elaborates the related contents from the aspects of epidemiology,pathogenesis,and current treatment status.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly expounds the related contents from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment status,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,Chinese medicine and other aspects.By organizing and summarizing the literature on these aspects,it is confi rmed that the treatment methods above have signifi cant clinical effi cacy.The traditional treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has the positive therapeutic eff ect.And this method is simple,safe,low cost,easy to accept by patients,and has no adverse reactions.
