中小学教育改革的基本逻辑与创新路径——专访重庆谢家湾学校党委书记刘希娅

Basic Logic and Innovative Path of School Reform:An Interview with CPC Secretary Liu Xiya From Xiejiawan School in Chongqing

摘要 刘希娅长期扎根基础教育,坚守素质教育发展方向,积极探寻基础教育学校改革的有效方案。在办学理念方面,刘希娅提出“六年影响一生”“以全面贯通促进整体育人”“生活的样子就是教育的样子”“红梅花儿开,朵朵放光彩”等育人观;在课程体系方面,刘希娅以国家政策为引领,将课程与生活世界相联系,构建了国家课程、地方课程、校本课程相融合的“小梅花”课程体系;在学习方式方面,刘希娅扎根课堂教学实践,聚焦学习方式转变,打造开放、包容、管控感低的学习生态环境,开创了“轻负担、高质量”的素质教育学校育人模式;在治理机制上,刘希娅以教育强国建设为己任、以教育教学实践为载体,诠释了教育的使命和担当,充分发挥学校引领、带动、协调作用,推动家校社协同育人工作走向深入。 The CPC Secretary Liu Xiya has long rooted herself in basic education,adhering to the direction of quality education,and actively exploring effective reform plans for schools of basic education.In terms of education philosophy,Liu creatively proposed educational ideas such as“six years influencing a lifetime”,“promoting holistic education through comprehensive integration”,“the appearance of life is the appearance of education”,and“red plum blossoms,each one shining brightly”.In terms of curriculum system,following policy logic,embodied logic,and practical logic,the curriculum is linked to the living world,and a“Xiao Mei Hua”curriculum system integrating national curriculum,local curriculum,and school-based curriculum is constructed.In terms of learning methods,based on classroom teaching practice,focusing on systematic changes in learning methods,she aims at creating an open,inclusive,and low-control learning ecology,which formed a“light burden,high-quality”school education model.In terms of governance mechanism,she believes that it is our responsibility to build a strong country in education,guide teachers to interpret their educational mission and responsibility through teaching practices,fully leverage the leading,driving,and coordinating role of schools,and promote the deepening of family-school-society collaboration in education.
