摘要
延迟累加成像方法是导波损伤监测技术中的一种经典的损伤成像方法,但是其性能非常依赖于精确的导波波速。而在复杂工程结构中的精确导波波速往往难以获得,从而该方法的有效性会受到复杂工程结构的影响。针对上述问题,提出了基于波速区间的延迟累加成像方法。所提方法利用导波波速的估计区间,将导波损伤散射信号的一段用于延迟,并将该段延迟信号的最大值进行累加作为损伤成像值。通过对复合材料加筋板上不同位置损伤的识别,对所提方法的有效性进行了验证。试验结果表明,所提方法能对损伤进行准确识别,且在鲁棒性方面要优于延迟累加成像方法。
The delay-and-sum imaging method is a classic damage imaging method in guided wave damage monitoring technology,but its performance heavily depends on accurate guided wave velocity.In complex engineering structures,accurate guided wave velocities are often difficult to obtain,and the effectiveness of this method can be affected by the complexity of engineering structures.Here,aiming at above problems,a delay-and-sum imaging method based on wave velocity interval was proposed.The proposed method could utilize the estimated interval of guided wave velocity to delay a segment of guided wave damage scattering signal,and accumulates the maximum value of the delayed signal segment as damage imaging value.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by identifying damages at different positions on a reinforced composite plate.The experimental results showed that the proposed method can correctly identify damage,and have better robustness than the delay-and-sum imaging method.
