摘要
食品微生物学是微生物学的分支学科之一,与人类生活极为密切,其主要任务是研究食品(包括功能性食品)中存在的微生物种类、分布及其特点。食品微生物课程的教学,对于培养学生对食品安全的认识和食品微生物学的理解至关重要。文章探讨了基于雨课堂的食品微生物课程教学模式,通过雨课堂平台提供的在线学习和互动功能,拓展传统课堂教学的边界,促进学生对于食品微生物学的深入学习和实践应用,以期提高教学效果,培养更多优秀的食品卫生与营养学专业人才。
Food microbiology is a branch of microbiology and it is closely related to human life.Its studies the types,distribution,and characteristics of microorganisms in food(including functional food).The course of food microbiology is essential for students to raise the awareness of food safety.This article discusses the teaching model based on Rain Classroom,by which the online learning and interactions can expand the boundaries of traditional classroom teaching.This model can promote students’in-depth learning and improve their practical ability,aiming to cultivate excellent professionals in food hygiene and nutrition.
