摘要
目的探讨采用药剂师参与处方管理方法完成医院抗菌药物合理应用管理后获得临床效果。方法选取2020年2月—2023年5月滕州市东郭中心卫生院的30名工作人员为研究对象。按管理方法分为两组,参照组(n=15)采用常规方式管理,研究组(n=15)采用加大药剂师参与处方管理力度方法管理。比较两组药物管理评分。结果研究组处方核对、安全管理、用药指导、健康指导、风险应对、风险防护评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院在抗菌药物应用期间,药剂师参与处方管理方法的有效应用,可促进医院抗菌药物应用合理性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pharmacists participating in prescription management after completing rational application management of antibiotics in hospitals.Methods Thirty staff members of Dongguo Center Health Center in Tengzhou City from February 2020 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the management methods,the reference group(n=15)was managed in a conventional way,and the study group(n=15)was managed by increasing the pharmacist's participation in prescription management methods.Compared the medication management scores of the two groups.Results The scores of prescription verification,safety management,medication guidance,health guidance,risk response,and risk protection in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the application of antibiotics in hospitals,pharmacists participate in the effective application of prescription management methods,which can promote the rationality of the application of antibiotics in hospitals.
