摘要
因此医院为了更好地控制自身运营成本,实现健康发展,就要基于成本控制视角下,识别与应对医疗器械采购风险。本文在成本控制视角下对医院医疗器械采购风险进行识别,并提出具体应对策略,希望能够为相关领域的研究与工作提供帮助。
Medical equipment is the key to support the orderly development of medical services.To a certain extent,the quality of medical equipment procurement can determine the overall quality of hospital medical services and the height of future development.Therefore,in order to better control their own operating costs and achieve healthy development,hospitals should identify and respond the procurement risks of medical devices based on the perspective of cost control.This paper identifies the risk of hospital medical equipment procurement from the perspective of cost control,and puts forward specific coping strategies,hoping to provide help for research and work in related fields.
