摘要
目的:观察揿针治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效,以及对系统免疫炎症指数的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组予单纯西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予揿针治疗,两组疗程均为12周。检测两组治疗前后血常规、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化,及28个关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28)。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%明显优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组DAS28评分、RF、CRP、ESR水平均较对照组改善明显(P﹤0.05);免疫炎症指数(SII)较治疗前及对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用揿针联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较好,可改善患者症状,降低系统免疫炎症指数。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needling for subcutaneous embedding on rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on systemic immune-inflammation index.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,while the treatment group was treated plus with thumb-tack needling for subcutaneous embedding on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.The changes of blood routine,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)as well as Disease Activity Score Uses 28 Joint Counts(DAS28)were detected in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than 80.00%of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In the treatment group after treatment,the levels of DAS28 score,RF,CRP and ESR were significantly improved compared with in the control group(P﹤0.05);the systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)was significantly decreased compared with before treatment and in the control group,and the comparative difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needling for subcutaneous embedding and western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis is better,which can improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the systemic immuneinflammatory index.
