摘要
【目的】为提高河南省创新型产业集群的高质量发展,对河南省创新型产业集群进行研究,以全面提升河南省创新型产业集群的核心竞争力。【方法】根据中国火炬统计年鉴,对河南省8个创新型产业集群的集聚能力、联动发展现状、创新平台及创新服务机构建设、发展成效进行阐述。【结果】河南省8个创新型产业集群规模发展有限,优质企业偏少,高级人才缺乏,高能级创新平台少。【结论】充分发挥高新区政策优势,完善配套设施,为集群企业发展提供更好的环境保障;为企业发展提供产业扶持,完善优化产业链条;加强人才引进与培养;支持集群内企业建立高能级研发中心。
[Purposes]In order to improve the high-quality development of innovative industrial clusters in Henan Province,this paper studies the innovative industrial clusters in Henan Province to comprehen⁃sively enhance the core competitiveness of the clusters.[Methods]Based on the statistical data of China Torch,this study expounded the agglomeration capacity,linkage development status,construction of in⁃novation platform and innovation service institution,and development effectiveness of eight innovative in⁃dustrial clusters in Henan Province.[Findings]Since eight innovative industrial clusters have limited scale development,there lacks high-quality enterprises,senior talents,and high-level innovation plat⁃forms.[Conclusions]It is suggested to give full play to the policy advantages of the high-tech zone,im⁃prove the supporting facilities,and provide better environmental guarantee for the development of cluster enterprises;provide industrial support for the development scale of enterprises,improve and optimize the industrial chain;strengthen the introduction and training of talents;support enterprises in the cluster to establish high-level R&D centers.
